Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and very quiet, even though we were right in the middle of Patong close to Bangla road. The rooms were basic and mostly clean, but they could benefit from an upgrade. The bathroom was small too. On the positive side, the hotel is very big, offering a spacious feel to guests.

The service here was great - we had clean towels daily, and there were even free towels available for the beach. The staff members were lovely and always willing to assist with anything we needed.

The location of the hotel was really great, right on the corner of Bangla street and opposite the center of Patong beach. It was the perfect spot for experiencing the vibrant nightlife of the area.

Staying at this hotel felt like being in a cozy bungalow, with a separate sitting area and a fan for that extra comfort. The wood panels on the walls and ceiling added a nice touch, and the fresh orchid on the folded towels brought a lovely jungle-like vibe. The location was both quiet and conveniently close to the vibrant nightlife and the beach, making it a perfect retreat. However, renovations are due, which might impact future stays.

The bed and linens were comfortable, and the fresh orchid detail was a nice touch. The jungle-like garden setting made it peaceful, despite being close to nightlife and the beach. Due for renovations, though.

The service was excellent all around. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of her way to allow an early check-in. The guards were also very friendly, and the wake-up call on the day of checkout was a lifesaver as we overslept. Overall, the staff was competent and amicable.

The hotel's location was great, offering a mix of tranquility and proximity to both the beach and Bangla Rd. While a bit noisy due to the vibrant nightlife, our bungalow in the front half of the complex provided a peaceful retreat. Being right across from Patong Beach was incredibly convenient for daily swims. Just a walk across the road, and you're on the sand.
